Joschka Osthoff joins Team Communications as Account Manager

In his role, he is the link between Customers, Creation and Implementation. They coordinate processes, prioritize requirements and always keep an eye on the big picture. The aim is not just to manage projects, but to think about them as a whole: from the initial idea to the final result. In doing so, he harmonizes speed, quality and budget.

His path into the agency world began with a background in business administration and a focus on the hotel industry. There he developed a strong understanding of service, organization and economic relationships. He discovered his fascination for brands early on – and actively helped to shape and build brands himself. He found the right playing field for this in account management.

In his day-to-day project work, Joschka ensures that an overview is maintained even with many parallel requirements and that projects are clearly driven forward. Always with a clear eye for strong brands.

When he’s not coordinating projects, he can be found at concerts, on the basketball court or somewhere between streetwear and new styles. His taste in music is as non-monotonous as his work: from Souly to Paul Kalkbrenner to Black Sabbath. The main thing is that it’s not pop.
