In a nutshell
For the newest student residence in the VIVAWEST portfolio – the Aachen Campusflats – we conducted a digital campaign to attract tenants. After only three months, the dormitory was fully booked.
VIVAWEST is one of the leading housing companies in NRW. We support our long-standing client in its social media presence, with strategy development and digital campaigns – including for the newly-opened Campusflats Aachen student dormitory. With 107 modern apartments in an urban location and a comprehensive range of services, the Campusflats will be rented out from October 2022. To appeal to Aachen’s students, a modern concept and fresh designs were needed – dynamic communication included.
Behind our design for Campusflats Aachen is a holistic concept. It picks up on the central brand color of VIVAWEST and complements it with bright colors. With this color palette, the Campusflats are immediately identifiable as part of VIVAWEST and, at the same time, specifically aimed at a younger target group. The fresh appearance is supported by geometric color blocks, whose composition is also reminiscent of building blocks. Thus, connotations to buildings, houses, the construction are awakened.
We implemented a wide range of digital measures for the market launch of Campusflats. For this, the website was first created as a central starting point and aligned with the target group – colorful, modern & interactive. In addition, Instagram was established as a social media channel – for direct communication at eye level with the target group. Advertisements in real estate portals and targeted online advertising rounded off this campaign.
With our comprehensive campaign in the Google Ads universe, on Instagram, Yodel and wg-searched, we were able to present a strong start for Campusflats with a fresh appearance, young design and distinctive VIVAWEST presence.
