After completing her vocational baccalaureate in design and training as a media designer, Alina has been gaining sound professional experience since 2012 – both in agencies and in-house. From 2016 to 2020, she worked for one of the largest photo studio chains, where she was responsible for designing the entire brand identity and gained valuable insights into international design processes.
Alina has been with Schwarz+Matt® since mid-2020: initially as a Media Designer with a focus on design implementations, she then took on the role of Senior Art Director in 2022.
She has been part of the Communications team since 2023, where her focus is primarily on conceptual design. Her tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, drawing up design guidelines and supporting holistic campaigns – from strategic planning and creative conception through to the final rollout.
Her particular strengths lie in the combination of conceptual thinking and detailed design implementation, both online and offline. Alina knows how to translate complex requirements into clear, visually convincing solutions and successfully manage projects from start to finish.
Away from work, she is a passionate dogmom, close to nature and always active. Exercise – whether in nature or Pilates – is an important balance for her, giving her energy and inspiration for her creative work.
