As an Account Manager, Joschka moves between the poles of Customers, Creation and Implementation. He structures processes, prioritizes requirements and ensures that a coherent overall project is created from many individual parts. From the initial briefing to the final result, he keeps speed, quality and budget in balance.

His path into the agency world is anything but accidental: with a background in business administration and a focus on the hotel industry, Joschka has a strong understanding of service, organization and economic relationships. He was fascinated early on by how brands are created, grow and develop. He has found the right playing field for this in account management.

Joschka’s ability to bring calm to complex situations is indispensable in his role. Different requirements, tight deadlines, many parties involved: Joschka creates structure where things get confusing and thus ensures clarity in the process.

Away from the daily project routine, Joschka is out and about at concerts, in the music scene or between streetwear and new styles. Always with a feel for people, dynamics and trends.
