Niklas is our new Brand Strategist at Schwarz+Matt®. Having grown up in idyllic Haltern am See, he has a calm, relaxed manner that is also reflected in the way he works. In his private life, he is a family man through and through. Spending time with his wife and soon-to-be two daughters is his top priority.
At Schwarz+Matt®, Niklas is primarily concerned with brand development and positioning. He is driven by the desire to understand people and translate behavior into language. He is passionate about interpersonal relationships, taking perspectives, recognizing connections and getting to the core of brands and organizations.
Before joining Schwarz+Matt®, Niklas worked in brand positioning and was involved in the strategic development of an employer brand for one of Germany’s largest social organizations. He then worked as a change consultant on change projects for companies – from SMEs to DAX-listed corporations – with a focus on organizational culture and employer branding.
He completed his master’s degree in business psychology in 2019 with a focus on customer insights and organizational psychology. There he deepened his knowledge of how human behavior can be analyzed and translated into concrete measures.
In addition to everyday agency life, Niklas enjoys reading books about human behavior, immersing himself in PS5 worlds or finding a sporting balance in kung fu. As an amateur chef, he loves Asian cuisine and has a passion for chess.
