Do you want to drive forward the brand communication of our B2B customers? Do you feel at home in social media, especially LinkedIn and Instagram, and are you a structured thinker who keeps an eye on our projects and retainers and expands them? You are not afraid of numbers and like to measure the success of your activities in order to optimize them continuously? Then we are looking for you as Team Lead Communications (m/f/d) in Dortmund (head office), Cologne or Münster for the following full-time tasks:
- Professional and disciplinary management of the Communications team (currently 4 employees)
- Participation and execution of pitches with support from our agency marketing team
- Preparation, calculation and negotiation of offers for projects and retainers
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, primarily in the area of social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Establishment of processes, structures and recruitment of additional team members
- Conception and development of sustainable strategies for the social media channels of our clients
- Monitoring social media activities through analysis and reporting for our clients
- Independent project and team management

Qualification
As Team Lead Communications (m/f/d), you bring your own initiative, at least 3 years of agency and management experience and great enthusiasm for digital communication. Your optimal qualification:
- Passion for brands and brand communication, especially social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Several years of agency and management experience, ideally in a social media or communications agency
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High degree of team orientation, initiative and assertiveness
