Tasks
You want to shape the future and drive the digital transformation of companies? Do you feel at home in social media and are you a creative mind that develops the best strategies for our clients? You are not afraid of numbers and like to measure the success of your activities in order to optimize them continuously? You bring several years of agency experience, some initiative and a desire for growth? Then we are looking for you as Team Lead Social Media (m/f/d) for the following tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the social media team
- Preparation, calculation and negotiation of offers and framework agreements for new customers
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Establishment of processes, structures and recruitment of additional team members
- Conception and development of sustainable strategies for the social media channels of our clients
- Development of media and reach concepts
- Content creation and publishing for social media channels (photo and video content & social media assets)
- Control of social media activities through analyses and reporting
- Independent project and team management
Qualification
As Team Lead Social Media (m/f/d) you bring initiative, at least 2 years of professional experience and great enthusiasm for digital projects. Your optimal qualification:
- At home in digital media and experienced in marketing and communication topics of all kinds
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing, media or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in social media management at an agency
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- High degree of team orientation, initiative and assertiveness
