Tasks
Want to shape the future of Schwarz+Matt? You love communication across all digital channels? You bring several years of experience in marketing, communication and agencies? Then we are looking for you as Marketing Manager for Schwarz+Matt (m/f/d) for the following tasks:
- Planning and implementation of the Schwarz+Matt marketing and communication strategy
- Continuous support of Schwarz+Matt’s communication channels, in particular website, social media, podcast and newsletter
- Production of content for Schwarz+Matt’s communication channels, in particular text, photo, video, sound
- Creation, optimization and support of campaigns, especially Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- Creating and optimizing text content for our website in the context of search engine optimization
- Coordination and development of case studies and references for agency communications
- Organization and implementation of employee, customer and networking events
- Close cooperation with the management of Schwarz+Matt
Qualification
As Marketing Manager for Schwarz+Matt (m/f/d), you will bring your own initiative, at least 2 years of professional experience and great enthusiasm for marketing and agencies. Your optimal qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, communication sciences or a similar discipline
- Several years of professional experience (min. 2-5 years) in marketing, ideally in a brand agency, branding agency or design agency
- Very good brand understanding as well as a high affinity for digital communication
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High degree of service orientation and independent, structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English is advantageous
