Digital recruiting campaign in the healthcare sector

The Evangelical Hospital (EK) is a regional basic and standard care hospital with around 320 beds in the main departments of internal medicine, general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery, orthopaedics, vascular surgery, neurology and anaesthesiology. The more than 900 employees treat 12,000 inpatients and 27,000 outpatients every year on the campus site in Unna.

The disruptive campaign “MIT DIR ZUM WIR” (“WITH YOU TO WE”) turns previous thinking in application procedures on its head. For the first time, an employer is “officially” applying to potential employees. The campaign motto makes it clear that the job seeker is at the center of recruiting communication. In addition, the team spirit is strengthened both internally and externally.

Practical and time-saving: With one click on the homepage, nursing staff can apply directly using an easy-to-use short form. A reply is sent via WhatsApp or as a callback, depending on your preference. The short application only takes a few minutes and promises a response from EK Unna in the shortest possible time.

The “We’ll apply to you” campaign is targeted at various potential employees via analog and digital touchpoints. Eye-catching job advertisements in the medical trade press in the corporate design of the career pages round off the campaign.
