Since 2018, numerous chip boats with the most unusual creations have been served in the chip kitchen every day.
Whether home fries with cherry tomato sauce, mozzarella curds, roasted pine nuts and basil mayo or fries with gently braised beef, pickled mustard seeds, truffle snaps and garden cress – it all tastes as good as it sounds.
Founder Emmanuel worked in various kitchens for years, but in the end it was the down-to-earth nature of the fries that made him take the plunge into self-employment. But before opening his stall, he visited the home country of fries again to fine-tune the secret recipe. Back from Belgium, he was fully motivated and eager to fry. Not tried them yet?
