Tasks

Do you always have an overview of timings, budgets and quality and feel confident working with Customers? Do you have experience with various forms of communication from social media to print media and are you enthusiastic about B2B communication and complex topics?

Then we are looking for you as Account Manager (m/f/d) for the following tasks:

  • Management of projects in the area of Communications & Design – from the first inquiry to successful project completion
  • Operational advice and support for our customers
  • Calculation of expenses and preparation of offers
  • Data-based capacity planning
  • Task distribution and coordination via project management tools (e.g. Asana)
  • Budget controlling, billing and invoicing
  • Continuous monitoring of timings and quality standards
  • Support in the area of business development

Qualification

As an Account Manager (f/m/d), you will bring your own initiative, several years of agency experience and a strong understanding of design, communication, processes and customer consulting. Your optimal qualification:


  • Completed training (e.g. as a marketing communications specialist) or a degree with a focus on marketing/media
  • Several years of professional experience as an account or project manager, ideally in a communications or design agency
  • Affinity for design, content and strategic brand management
  • Enjoy working as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational skills, a high degree of service orientation and an independent, structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
