Our design for the Campusflats Aachen is based on a holistic concept. It picks up on the central brand color of VIVAWEST and complements it with bright colors. With this color palette, the Campusflats are immediately identifiable as part of VIVAWEST and at the same time specifically aimed at a younger target group. The fresh appearance is supported by geometric blocks of color, which are also reminiscent of building blocks in their composition. This evokes connotations of buildings, houses and construction.
Established online presence We implemented a wide range of digital measures for the market launch of Campusflats. The website was initially created as a central starting point and geared towards the target group – colorful, modern & interactive. In addition, Instagram was established as a social media channel – for direct communication at eye level with the target group. Advertisements in real estate portals and targeted online advertising rounded off this campaign.
With our comprehensive campaign in the Google Ads universe, on Instagram, Jodel and wg-gesucht, we were able to present a strong start for the Campusflats with a fresh appearance, young design and unmistakable VIVAWEST presence.
