Born in Dortmund, she trained as an insurance and finance clerk after graduating from high school and then worked in the HR department of an engineering firm before joining us.
Lena supports André and the entire team in various areas, from HR and finance to office management. She also regularly masters the loving planning and implementation of internal events – simply an all-rounder talent who is indispensable here at Schwarz+Matt®.
After her office days, the gym enthusiast gives fitness classes at FitX. In her free time, Lena can often be found there – in the gym – or out and about with her friends. She enjoys spending time with her cats and has a passion for concerts, long walks, good food – home-cooked or in restaurants, and other creative activities.
