Performance-driven social media campaigns are your world? You think analytically and always have the most important KPIs in view? Conversion rate optimization and landing pages are among your most important tools? Then join the team as Online Marketing Manager Social Ads (m/f/d) for the following tasks:

Preparation, calculation and negotiation of offers and framework agreements
Independent management and further development of social media performance campaigns for our customers
Continuous optimization and A/B testing of ads
Analysis/ tracking of social media performance measures incl. Drawing up resulting recommendations for action
Preparation of meaningful reports
Support of customers during the entire cooperation and setting up of a sustainable project management

Your qualification

As Online Marketing Manager Social Ads (m/f/d) you bring initiative, at least 2 years of professional experience and great enthusiasm for digital projects. Your optimal qualification:

High affinity for digital marketing as well as great interest in digitalization, design and communication topics of all kinds
Proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Several years of experience in social media advertising and/or marketing consulting, ideally in an agency environment
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong customer focus and communication skills – especially when pitching presentations
High degree of team orientation, initiative, assertiveness and hands-on mentality
