Your tasks

You want to shape the future and drive the digital transformation of companies? Developing modern and forward-thinking motion designs is your forte? Do you love creating new brands or shaping the future for existing brands? You bring several years of agency experience, some initiative and a desire for growth? Then we are looking for you as Motion Director (m/f/d) with immediate effect for the following tasks:

Create visually stunning video content according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Work in teams to create video concepts/animations that effectively communicate the brand and appeal to each target audience
Work with copywriter(s) to ensure video content supports text message and reflects brand voice and tone
Develop storyboards, design frameworks, and motion graphics for video projects
Edit and produce videos that align with each campaign’s goals and platform-specific best practices
Ensure all video content is consistent and of high quality across all channels
Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies and design software
Manage projects in teams and take responsibility for brainstorming, development and conception

Your qualification

As a Motion Designer (m/f/d) you bring initiative, at least 2 years of professional experience and great enthusiasm for digital projects. Your optimal qualification:

Completed studies in the field of graphic, visual or communication design or comparable training
At least 2-3 years of experience in motion design, video production, or related fields
Experience working in a marketing team or agency in a challenging environment
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere.
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a variety of motion design skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
Strongly creative and proactive approach to work and experience in idea generation
