Design of an authentic visual language and brand-defining shapes for ONE HIRING

The ONE HIRING images are characterized by restrained colouring and people-centric shots. This is achieved through the use of depth of field and neutral backgrounds. The situations depicted appear authentic and lively. In this way, emotionality is conveyed while at the same time emphasizing the professionalism of the brand.

Three character shapes play an important role in the design and general graphic design. Each shape represents an important aspect of the brand: the talents shape, which is intended to resemble a job application with a sheet of paper with a folded corner; the platform shape, which represents an abstract file and symbolizes the collection of talents; and the shape of perspective with a three-dimensional form that conveys the perspective of success.

Typographic clarity

The ONE HIRING house font Figtree is a modern and versatile sans serif font that was originally developed as an open source project. It was created to provide a clear, friendly and accessible reading experience. The font was designed by Erik Kennedy and is characterized by its minimalist and clean design.

Collaborative branding for international perspectives

Both the brand workshop with the management level and the numerous interviews with the team leads were decisive for the development of the brand strategy.

A comprehensive, company-wide survey was also conducted in order to incorporate different perspectives of the international company.
