To mark the launch of the “Dortmund at work” social media campaign, the opening party will be held on Friedensplatz. Schwarz+Matt’s recruiting concept works twice over: Young people portray their professional fields on social media and employers present their companies to the target group.
The marketing consultants worked with the regional education office to develop content and visual components of the campaign. The website and corporate design are consistently aimed at a young target group. The success: more than 40 companies are already using the new possibilities.
