Thi is a working woman. A-levels, study of “communication design” in regular time, parallel 6 months internship in an agency, bachelor’s degree with straight A’s, build up of a self-employed activity as a designer. The career aspiration of “doing a bit of Photoshop” quickly evolved for Thi. Meanwhile she is the power woman for branding and interactive design. As Junior Art Director at Schwarz+Matt, Thi can put her skills to the test: Branding, UX/UI design, campaign design, … Thi develops designs for everything and everyone. Thi is far from finished and has set itself big goals. She would like to further develop her skills at Schwarz+Matt and become an expert in branding. Privately, her goal is to be able to see her designs everywhere, whether in the supermarket, online, or on the street. Thi has a lot of power: as a balance to work, she has discovered the gym for herself, whether it’s at 11 p.m. in the evening or 4 a.m. in the morning, she never misses a workout. Her perseverance and discipline – both professionally and privately – keep Thi moving forward. Together we bundle their power and transform it into design power.
