Karolina Leppke

Karolina supports us in the commercial area. As Financial Assistant, she takes care of all issues relating to preparatory accounting, payment processes and financial overviews as well as evaluations for the management. In the background, she ensures that our commercial processes function reliably and that the most important figures are always in view.

Before joining Schwarz+Matt®, Karolina was Office Manager at a well-known photo studio chain. There she was one of the first employees in her department and actively helped to build it up. She structured internal processes, organized and supported new openings and at times managed around 60 studios in three countries.

She trained as an office administrator. She has also completed further training in the area of payroll accounting, thereby expanding her commercial profile.
