New to the team: Karolina Leppke as Financial Assistant

As Financial Assistant, she supports us in all matters relating to preparatory accounting, payment processes and financial overviews. In short, she works in the background to ensure that our figures are correct and processes are properly organized.

At Schwarz+Matt®, she takes care of many central financial tasks: from preparatory bookkeeping and exchanges with tax consultants to processing and maintaining receipts and checking incoming payments. She also creates payment reminders, carries out bank transfers and prepares financial overviews and evaluations for the management.

Before joining Schwarz+Matt®, Karolina was Office Manager at a well-known photo studio chain. There, she was one of the first employees in her department and actively helped to build it up. She structured processes, organized and supported new openings and at times managed around 60 studios in three countries. She is trained as an office administrator and has also completed further training in payroll accounting.

Schwarz+Matt® is her first stop in an agency. She is all the more pleased with the open atmosphere, the modern way of working and the opportunity to work on the move.

When she’s not working with numbers, Karolina loves to spend time with her family. Her husband and two children are her top priority. She is also passionate about fashion and interior design. She enjoys decorating, constantly redesigning her living spaces and loves creative hobbies such as DIY projects, handicrafts and pottery.
