Tasks

Do you develop content that linguistically characterizes Schwarz+Matt®, conveys our mindset to the outside world and makes people want to work with us? Do you think conceptually, write precisely and work closely with marketing, design and management to develop our brand consistently and to a high standard?


Then we are looking for you as a Copywriter (m/f/d), Remote in NRW for the following tasks:


  • Development and implementation of creative texts for the Schwarz+Matt® brand (website, social media, newsletter, campaigns, presentations)
  • Linguistic conception and further development of our brand communication
  • Text development of our references and cases for websites and presentations
  • Editorial support and further development of our communication channels (in particular website, social media, newsletter)
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team to develop consistent brand content
  • Textual support for pitches, agency introductions and presentations
  • Revision, correction and quality assurance of existing content
  • Collaboration on digital campaigns and performance formats (e.g. LinkedIn Ads)

Qualification

As a copywriter for Schwarz+Matt (m/f/d), you will be a confident copywriter with an understanding of brands and experience in the agency world. Your optimal qualification:


  • Completed studies in the field of communication, journalism, literature or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a copywriter, ideally in an agency environment
  • Excellent written communication skills in German and very good knowledge of English
  • Practical experience with SEO-optimized copywriting
  • Strong sense of language, tonality and brand impact
  • Experience in developing texts for digital channels
  • Confident handling of feedback, iterations and coordination processes
  • Basic understanding of design, layout and visual communication
  • Team-oriented, independent and quality-conscious way of working
