Tasks
You want to shape the future and drive the digital transformation of companies? The development of modern and trend-setting designs (branding or campaigns) is your strength? Do you love creating new brands or shaping the future for existing brands? You bring several years of agency experience, some initiative and a desire for growth? Then we are looking for you as Art Director (m/f/d) with immediate effect for the following tasks:
- Conception and development of holistic, innovative and modular brandings (corporate identity, corporate design) in the context of strategic development or change processes (marketing transformation)
- Experience in the design and structuring of design processes
- Development and design of brands and communication in the digital channels of the respective brands
- Idea generation and further development for the creation of innovative designs and exciting image concepts
- Collaborative and integrated work in exciting project teams (project management, media design, UI/UX design)
- Creation and implementation of workshops and presentations at the customer or internally
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members
Qualification
As an Art Director (m/f/d), you bring initiative, at least 2 years of professional experience and great enthusiasm for digital projects. Your optimal qualification:
- High affinity for digital and modular branding as well as great interest in marketing, design and communication topics of all kinds
- Completed studies in the field of graphic, visual or communication design or comparable training
- Advanced experience in corporate design development and a meaningful portfolio
- An excellent sense of target group-oriented design and high quality standards
- Ideally experience in the technical leadership of a design team
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Strongly creative and proactive approach to work and experience in idea generation
- Hands-On Mentality
