Application process

(01) Application

Have you found a suitable job? Then we look forward to getting to know you! Send us your application documents and tell us why you are a good fit for us and what excites you about Schwarz+Matt. We will usually get back to you within 2-4 weeks.

We look forward to getting to know you personally and invite you to our offices for a one-hour interview. During the interview, you can demonstrate your personal and professional skills and ask us any questions you may have.

Our team is our greatest strength. That’s why we think it’s important to get to know your way of working during a trial period of at least half a day and bring you together with our team. This also gives you the chance to gain even more insight and ask the team any questions you may have.

We have good news for you. You have more than convinced us with your application, the interview and the trial work. We look forward to sending you a permanent employment contract. We will of course answer any questions you may have and then invite you to sign the contract with us.

We look forward to your first day of work with us. We will provide you with some information in advance for your structured onboarding so that you don’t have to jump in at the deep end on your first day and know what to expect. Now you will also get to know the entire team and start your first few weeks with us.

Locations

Schwarz+Matt® comes from Dortmund. But we want to become the leading digital agency in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). You are therefore welcome to work remotely in NRW or simply set up a new location with us in Düsseldorf, Essen, Duisburg, Bochum, Wuppertal, Bielefeld, Bonn or Münster. Just apply and find out more!

Can I hand in my application in person or send it by mail?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Simply send us your application to jobs@schwarz-matt.com – this way you will also receive confirmation of receipt and quick feedback.

There is no job for you at the moment? If we should get to know you anyway, just send us an unsolicited application and send your application documents to jobs@schwarz-matt.com.

We always find a letter of motivation, your CV and relevant references exciting. If you can also shine with a portfolio or samples of your work – keep them coming!

If you have sent your application via our online form or by e-mail to jobs@schwarz-matt.com, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

After receiving your application, we will contact you within 2 weeks with feedback. Occasionally it can take longer, but this is not the rule.

Sure! An acceptance or rejection always refers to the assigned application. If you find another exciting job in the future, simply send us the appropriate application documents again.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer you to be the practice partner for your dual study program. If this changes, you will find suitable offers in our vacancies.

Whenever we are looking for inquisitive working students, you will find offers for them in our open positions.

Yes, you are welcome to complete an internship in the areas of marketing or design with us.

Your internship should last at least 4 months so that we can give you enough insight.

Please also indicate in your application whether the internship is voluntary or mandatory.

We would be happy to check whether we can support you thematically with your thesis. Please send us your documents with your planned topic, the time frame and your desired form of supervision to jobs@schwarz-matt.com.
