How do you establish a new product in a highly competitive market?
Two young founders gave Schwarz+Matt this task. Their vision: penetrate the beauty market with sustainable, vegan and skin-friendly products.
The new product, a vegan eyelash serum without chemical additives, is the pilot project of the Amazon experts from Dortmund. The problem: the creation and establishment of a completely new brand in a short time.
After several brand workshops, vision, mission and core values were quickly defined with the help of proven tools. The newly developed brand name describes the core of the brand and at the same time sets itself apart from the competition: malou cosmea.
The corporate design is also based on the Californian lifestyle: hand-painted brushstrokes and colors reminiscent of the desert landscapes of the Coachella Valley are complemented by golden color accents.
The dynamic corporate design allows the logo to vary depending on the type of product. In this way, further beauty products can later be integrated into the brand universe. With the ABeeZee font, we have chosen a handwritten typography that reflects the personality of the brand
Together with the founders, we are now continuing to write the story of the brand:
Schwarz+Matt developed the website including the online shop, conceived the product design for the market communication and continuously supervises the social media channels including the management of influencers.
