With Dortmund at work, young people gain insight into interesting occupational fields and at the same time receive support in job and study orientation. So good, so boring! But how do you really reach Generation Z these days and get them excited about topics such as training, career choice or studying?

For this question we have developed a complete solution package: A strong corporate design, a striking campaign name and target group-oriented social media and online activities. At Dortmund at work, young people introduce themselves, their workplace and their company. Through the user-generated content, the girls and boys share their first job experiences with the community. Through the highly interactive postings, an active community is established that continues to grow. Another benefit: With the respective entrepreneurs, another target group benefits. With Dortmund at work, you can present authentically exciting professional fields, describe available positions and create links to future employees.

More than 34 companies from various sectors took part in the campaign within a short period of time and offer career field explorations, internships, traineeships and/or dual study places.
