Appetite for more

For the new Westermann Deli in Dortmund’s Kaiserstraßenviertel and the headquarters in Lünen, the operators want to create a community of friends, fans, regulars, passers-by and neighbors. For these people, both locations should become a daily meeting place for good food.

Current posts in social media always keep the community up to date: campaigns, recommendations from the menu, new offers such as the weekend breakfast or competitions are presented in words, pictures and video.

In addition to preliminary reports, influencers from the regional scene were also involved in the opening campaign of the Deli. To date, a consistent content language (colour mood of the photos; harmonious combination of texts, images and matching design elements) on Instagram has achieved a continuous increase in outreach.

This way, content was produced that stimulates the appetite for more for the restaurateurs and their customers.
