How to apply in 2020? Is an organically grown, but meanwhile overloaded and confusing (career) website still up to date? Schwarz+Matt addressed these questions and developed innovative solutions together with the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe KVWL (Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Westphalia-Lippe).
The approach: The career website is freed from dispensable content and completely redesigned digitally, functionally and visually.
With a two-part structure, users can now enter the site exactly at their current level of knowledge and interests: Get to know the company of their choice or immediately view job offers and apply. The alternative routes are clearly marked by distinctive colours. This approach brings dynamism to the entire application process.
All screens are based on the same clear page structure. This creates clarity and recognition. Sliders, pop-ups and carousel structures clarify the content references in a space-saving way.
To create a stringent style, Schwarz+Matt developed not only icons which organize content, but also unique design elements for graphics. All tools used must be subordinated to the criterion “mobile first”. They were selected and used accordingly.
In addition to restructuring the website, an interface to the customer’s application management tool Umantis was integrated. With this software all HR processes are professionalised. This is how digital and innovative HR management works.
With the integration into the company website of the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Westfalen-Lippe KVWL (Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Westphalia-Lippe), an independent recruiting portal has been created which guides applicants effectively and quicklythrough the company and to the application.
